AIDressingRoom provides a SaaS platform as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. AI Service Terms

AIDressingRoom uses AI technology to generate virtual try-on images. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated results are approximations and may not perfectly represent real-world fit
  • You must have legal rights to all images you upload (model photos and garment images)
  • You may not use generated images for deceptive, defamatory, or illegal purposes
  • We reserve the right to reject or remove content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy

4. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with the operation of the service

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing credits, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen credit pack
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription or request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. You can manage your subscription (upgrade, downgrade, cancel) anytime through the Creem Customer Portal. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

AIDressingRoom is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated results are approximations. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email.
