Refund Policy

1. Credit Pack Refunds

All payments for AI try-on credit packs are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Our refund policy for credit packs is as follows:

• Unused credits: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed.
• Partially used credits: Refund available for the unused portion, minus the single-use rate ($0.198/gen).
• After 7 days: No refunds are provided. Credits expire after 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Failed Generations

If an AI try-on generation fails due to a technical error on our end and you are charged, we will:

• Credit your account with a replacement generation automatically.
• If the issue persists, you may request a full refund for the failed transaction.

3. AI-Generated Content

Since AI try-on results are generated computationally, refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with the generated image quality. We recommend using the free example images to test the service before purchasing credits.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Creem.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider, your account and any remaining credits will be suspended pending resolution.
