Permitted Use

AIDressingRoom is an AI-powered virtual try-on service designed for legitimate fashion and retail purposes. You may use the service to:

• Generate virtual try-on images using your own model photos and garment images
• Create visualizations for personal shopping or retail planning
• Produce images for commercial fashion content with proper rights

Generated Content Description

AIDressingRoom generates AI-composited images by combining:

• Input: A model's full-body front-facing photo + flat-lay garment image(s)
• Output: A synthesized image showing the model wearing the uploaded garment(s), with realistic fabric draping and body pose preservation
• Technology: Advanced AI image-to-image synthesis model
• The generated image is a computational approximation and may not perfectly represent real-world fit, size, or fabric behavior

Prohibited Use

You may NOT use AIDressingRoom for the following:

• Deepfake or face manipulation - Creating misleading images of real people without consent
• NSFW or adult content - Generating sexually explicit or inappropriate imagery
• Impersonation - Using the service to impersonate individuals or create misleading representations
• Defamatory content - Creating images intended to harm someone's reputation
• Intellectual property infringement - Uploading images you do not own or have rights to use
• Automated scraping - Using bots or scripts to bulk-generate images without authorization
• Misinformation - Creating images intended to spread false information

Content Moderation

All uploaded images are automatically screened through our content moderation system (Creem Moderation API) to ensure compliance with this policy. Images that violate our acceptable use guidelines will be rejected and may result in account suspension.

Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

• Immediate rejection of the submitted image
• Suspension or termination of your account
• Forfeiture of unused credits without refund
• Legal action in cases of serious violations
